After having my babies, I felt like getting dressed was harder than it should be. Clothes didn’t fit the same, my body felt different, and most “style advice” didn’t apply to new moms. I created The Nurtured Capsule to make postpartum dressing simple and supportive.

Favorite Basics for Pregnancy + PostpartumGetting dressed in pregnancy and postpartum is tough. Your body is changing, your energy is limited, and most clothes don’t feel right. But having a few basics you can count on makes everything easier. These are pieces I recommend starting with — things that mix, match, and grow with you.1.
